Oilsands Quest announces private placement of common stock 1:17 PM ET 5/12/08 Symbol Last % Chg BQI 4.29 4.63% Real time quote. Co announces that it has entered into a private placement in which funds managed by Sprott Asset Management have agreed to purchase ~11.9 mln treasury shares of Oilsands Quest common stock at a price of $4.20 per share. In addition, a number of other accredited investors have agreed to participate for another $4.5 million at the same price per share, resulting in a total of ~12.98 mln common shares issued.
