I pointed out that about 60% of scientists are atheists.....a huge number compared to the percentage of the whole population that claims a belief in a deity.... Yes. Group-think, herd-mentality is as common among scientists as any other people. Scientists are very introspective and curious. They always insist on proof and then will verify and verify anything that is given as proof. The myth of the scientist as free-thinking hero. Nonsense. None can honestly deny the existence or the former existence of an intelligent power Huh? Did you just make a mistake there?
