Re: Level 3 suing MCI for not peering. I don't think this one has a lot of merit (Level 3 doesn't even have a network yet) but if nothing else it will add to the amount of time WorldCom has to spend on lawsuits...and look at the tone of this article - it makes MCI sound like the reincarnation of Ma Bell circa 1900. This gradual change in the public's perception about MCI and WorldCom may be the real story.
