Does anyone doubt Perfumania ability to "promote" their new website? Anyone that calls their company --mania probably has a few ideas about how to the message out, free of charge of course, through news stories and not press releases. They are going from 297 locations, to what 50 million internet locations... I'm sure they'll want as much attention as possible…
