If I remember, it was a week or two after the putz at SSB downgraded the whole sector. Think SSB might have short on bunch of those or were they looking for cheap shares knowing that there would be a run-up?

I'm not much into conspiracy theories but that just smelled funny

Or maybe Joseph wasn't getting enough press and knew that the semi downgrade would be reported far and wide?.

In any event, I'm not holding ISSI now but is on my watch list.
