Re: HGIC ... I've got to wait until Monday to sell. The dividends won't be reinvested until then. It's OK. The price isn't going anywhere between now and then, I don't think.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm deploying my HGIC funds into EPD and NMO.

HGIC has a yield of 4.9%. EPD has a 5.8% yield and NMO has 7.3% yield. So, in this case I've got some very handsome capital gains and at the same time I'll be increasing my dividend income stream. A win-win situation babee!!!

BTW, my son is arriving from San Diego tonight. He'll be visiting the next two weeks.

I've already made my plane and hotel reservations for San Diego in March. It's the annual SD trip for St Paddy's Day Week. I heard from my 3 buddies in Ireland. They booked a return trip to SD as well, to party with me. One of them said, "The lads are coming and we're bringing the madness!" ... Now that's what I'm talking about! ... Man, I have a good time every year in San Diego.
