If you are wrongly accused someday and, due to circumstances, it doesn't look good for you, perhaps you will think it a blessing that you don't have to somehow prove yourself to your attorney before getting a fair trial. Suppose your defense attorney voted for Bush and you voted for Gore, do you think that gives her the right to judge and then not defend you, or does it take more than that to meet the requirement of the attorney not putting up the A-game? Ahhh... the problems with judgementalism! But perhaps that's the point of the judge and jury?
