I'm just amazed that after 7 years of obstruction the GOP Congress didn't have a plan ready to go that they could all agree on. The fault is not Trump's. It is the GOP Congress who have basically shown us they have done NOTHING for 7 years. They are every bit as worthless as the Democrats in Congress. The GOP Congress now needs to learn to govern instead of just engaging in obstruction.
