hahaha... I may have to crash your March madness next year -- sounds like more fun than the law allows in 16 states...

<ggg>

I was going to try to deploy the gains in HGIC into existing positions and put the original capital from it into a new position in the same sector, but I'm going to take the weekend to think about that... it was hard finding CINF and HGIC to begin with, so not sure how well I'd do finding a similar divvy play... and there are 1-2 other sectors I may be a bit light on also... have sort of decided I want to replace HGIC with something with a bit higher yield... ditto the cap gains from it... but am not in a rush to deploy the gains or the original position's proceeds.

It's a nice thing to have to figure out.

Only time I've had similar one-day gains were almost all in energy, not divvy plays -- completely unexpected, but not unwelcome... just want to be sure I achieve max income potential within next 5-10 years with the proceeds from HGIC.

Good luck!

Jim
