Paul, What is your price target on Avante and how do you think they will get there?
What is fair multiple for this business?

May I raise the throw a few questions your way.

1. One reason Alarmforce has a higher multiple is because it only has 12 million shares out, Avante has close to 60 million.

2. In terms of the new source of travel services revenue, to what extent have they penetrated their existing user base?
3. They say 15-20% in recurring monitoring revenue growth. The last two quarters have only shown 12%. They have around 50% penetration of Toronto. Do you see 15-20% as a realistic number, or is that including hoped for acquisitions?
