So, this guy is asserting that AGW has "caused" February to be unusually warm. Is that about right?

Has it been confirmed this is a product of AGW? Or is it merely one of those random blips that happen somewhere in the world every damned year? Is there any science at all to support the claim that February is a direct result of AGW or anykind of GW at all?

Please, no more IPCC bullshit.
