All are free to not allow anyone to avoid personal browsing data being collected. The only data collected by a provider is the IP's of what you contact. The contact is in an encrypted tunnel. https.. There are numerous proxy services that can anonymise browsing data. ikiw.homeip.net this is a list of IP's provided by a typical proxy service. I use around 27 different browser profiles. Some are proxy and some not. Mostly I use different profiles that are dedicated to different area of interests or topics.
