Why don't you e-mail or call both companies with your concerns ? Subject 19197 Alternatively, call one of the analysts who cover the company. Curious as to why the sudden interest on this litigation issue which has been around for the last two years ? As I understand it, for one, there are several companies (and Institutions ?) whose work would also be considered infringing on the alleged patent. Second, in the worst case scenario, will Cadus cease to exists ? Ask the company or analyst. Third, where did the Cadus technology originate ? Ask the company or analyst or research the company literature. Be interested to know what you find out. Regards Dave
