Multiple bad news: unexpected charge-offs, seems to be bad financial accounting (especially the cemetery side), and lower sales and margins. LWN will not make quarterly estimates. Company is exploring options to "maximize shareholder value." Options do include selling the company. One gets the feeling another shoe is going to drop. John
