(Nasdaq:RNET) today announced that in a private transaction, Group W Network Services, a division of CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS), has agreed to acquire a 500,000 share equity stake in the common stock of the Company. This stake represents approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock. The terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
