Here, prices also fluctuate a lot; some pumps are updated three times a day making consumer arbitrage more difficult. They start selling at 1.29 in the morning; but soon after the price is posted in forums and others want to refill at noon the gas is offered at 1.34 or even worse; people have little time to look up another station so they buy anyways. In worse examples suddenly only premium fuel is available which costs 1.45 instead of 1.30; this occurs on highways where consumers have little choice but o pay up, or take a hike... The regular prices now based in the 1.45 range which is less than italy, norway and dutch where we talk 1.70
