More news... OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA, 1997 JUL 21 (NB) -- By Grant Buckler. Corel Corp. [TSE:COS][NASDAQ:COSFF] will license technology from Borland International Inc. [NASDAQ:BORL] to include with Paradox 8, the new release of its database software due this summer. Corel will license the SQL Builder, SQL Links, InterBase and Local InterBase server from Borland, the company from which Corel originally bought Paradox. The companies said the deal is part of their existing agreements to work together on Paradox and related technology. On the World Wide Web, Corel is at corel.com and Borland is at borland.com .
