VTEL Completed A Meeting TV Project in Hunan HUNAN, July 30, AsiaPort -- The US Video Telecommunications Company (VTEL0, with the Electric Power Bureau of Hunan Province, has signed the report of final check and acceptance of the project of Meeting TV Network. The meeting TV network of Electric Power Bureau of Hunan Province is the second project of VTEL after the establishment of that in Zhejiang Province. The network, applying the Eclipse Gold System of VTEL Company, regards the electric power bureau as the center site and connects 24 power bureaus and electric factories.
