Devil's Advocate position: Lack of liquidity causes a significant haircut in the market cap of this stock. What fund wants to invest in this micro cap knowing that a decent size investment will cause a leap in price - and any attempt to exit will cause a panic (classic roach motel). Management - with the exception of the last two quarters, the historical financial statements are not very exciting. Who knows what management is capable of? Is someone's idiot son gonna be named president? Could they decide to use corporate funds to buy rental properties in Florida? small closely-held companies are famous for rotten sweatheart deals and plainly stupid moves caused by insulated management. Disclosure: I am long nbsc.
