I thought the purpose of IR to disclose what is already disclosed in the filings and other company material--ie marketing of known public info, and nothing more...I'm all for avoiding insider info, though see no reason why this isn't info that should be publically disclosed if they are patent protected.

Why do you say this? I would think this is a fairly high growth area--computer controlled machining. See this: google.com
