IMO, this would be a mistake. Microsoft is better off skipping this update completely rather than fragment the WP8 userbase so soon. The Lumia 520 is their most popular model in use and in terms of current sales. wmpoweruser.com On his twitter feed he has also said Nokia Pro Cam will become the default camera app on all Windows Phones, as will the Glance feature, and that the Nokia Lumia 520 will not get GDR3 due to a hardware issue.
