That's not the legal requirement for premeditation... it requires advanced time for planning and plotting, and then laying in wait for the opportunity for the victim to appear, after rationally considering the timing or method of doing so, in order to increase the likelihood of success or to evade detection or apprehension... we see none of this in the video...

Based on that video you cannot prove first degree... the guy will walk just like Zimmerman walked, both cased were bogus and PC cases only, nothing more... you might try to argue second degree while in the heat of anger, but then you would need to prove anger, it's not likely... as I already said, the PC idiots raised the bar so high in order to appease the rioting crowd, but they will not be able to prove their high bar case in a courtroom...
