IMHO.........

And, contrary to the general content of typical "..basher-blather.." that always seems intent on promoting anything and everything negative or derogatory towards any company where it appears, manipulating a company may very well be illegal - and criminally as well as civilly actionable...!!

Especially true if such a campaign is orchestrated by persons or entities conspiring to achieve financial gains by their actively-involved and intentional damage program.

Recent examples of persons and/or entities running afoul of the law in such matters are the well-known stock short-n'-bash and extortion sleazoid Anthony (Anthony@"..Pukerific..") Elgindy news.findlaw.com and the Candian, off shore, death spiral financing slimer Mark Valentine cbc.ca .

Thorough DD on many stocks affected by such activities will readily identify and help associate persons posting on particular short-n-bash stock boards as being likely participants in the efforts of the aforementioned criminals. Those boards are certainly a good place to include in your standard stock research where incessant and frenetic bashing is present.

An oil & gas issue, RMEC, headquartered in Austin, Texas has recently engaged the the services of Short-n'-Basher Killer attorney Mr. John O'Quinn, Esq. Mr. O'Quinn is historically very accomplished at putting a bloody righteous crimp in the malevolent wrinkles of scum that like to manipulate and bash companies for their greedy personal profit from SHORT SELLING associated with SUCKER FINANCING DEALS pushed towards small, needy companies and designed to cause legitimate investors to suffer.

It would appear to some, that those who squawk the loudest (...on multiple stock boards that continue to tolerate such BS...) may well be inviting the attention of professionals like Mr. O'Quinn. Meanwhile, the rest of the investing public will quietly sit and wait for additional reports on the demise of savior-role playing manipulators as well; "...News at 11:00...".

In the long run perhaps we will see that, "...it's the Technology, Stupid...": nanopierce.com

DOYDD..............!!!

OTCBB issues should generally be considered as highly-speculative Casino Money Only investments.

John :-)
