That's about what I had in mind. Get the cost down to a point where 10-15 people can chip in the price of dinner and a movie for an armload of papers they can drop off on door steps in a few hours. For that matter, it probably wouldn't be that hard to bribe the local paperboy, or cut a deal to slip it in with the weekly grocery ads.

IMO the real trick would be to reach a consensus in the 9/11 research community on the content, and to organize things in such a way as to get something close to simultaneous distribution. I think it could be done. If nothing else, it has the advantage of not being an instant replay of what history has demonstrated as being completely ineffective in the past.
