Seems like every time they get in trouble they start that "FED rate cut" rumor...how many times can they use the same old wolf story before no one starts to believe? This man has no idea whether the FED will cut rates before the meeting and unless the consumer report that comes out on Tuesday is very bad, the FED has no reason to cut until late March. They already did one major inter-meeting cut...there won't be another unless there is an emergency...like a market crash.
