Chad,

Do you know who the investor is that the VSE didn't feel was
appropriate? I've read many times that this individual has
invested in up to 5,000,000 in PP's this year. Good enough
for one company not good enough for another........ Could almost
be a reason for a class action suit against the VSE.....
