The vocal people who are out of power are always complaining. They remind me an unpleasant person I have to deal with at a customer's site. He is jealous that he no longer controls things. Everything that goes wrong is our fault. When he deliberately sabotaged equipment to undermine us, the disaster he wrought was our fault. When we are prompt, it is because we are accepting blame, and delay is proof that we do not care.
