Mr. Hardy, what are you talking about? "Was PRWT in financial trouble when the reverse merger was done, and if so, will any of those troubles follow PRWT/PANAM" Purewater Sciences International, was a water purification company that has been dead for over 13 years. It was a shell, that has been at ZERO value for over 12 years. Another company from California tried about 5 years ago to take control of the shares to make electric cars, did not happen. PUREWATER SCIENCES INTERNATIONL'S troubles died a long time ago, what reverse merger was done? Maybe you know something I don't know...
