Saturday a first cut (back of the envelop) analysis is at: Message 6329442 I used 18 MM shares outstanding since we did not yet have the clarification on the conversion rate. Now it seems that taking about 8 MM shares after the conversion should bring the earning to a least double that if not a little more. Zeev
