Hi Triggerman,

You have made an interesting observation concerning the registered insider sales for GALT. Don't know that I have the answer but I would like to comment.

They have to file form 144 when they want to sell. As I understand it they have to file form 4 when the sale is consummated. The question is what is the time lag? That I don't know. They may have sold last week and don't have to report it for 60 days...

As you observed there were filings for sales of more than 800,000 shares since November 1. This is probably nothing to be concerned about as it is only .03% of the float. But these filings may Trigger others to line up shares to sell. Institutional players may jump off the train when they perceive a flat quarter ahead and are spooked by the registered sales placed by management. And then management may have decided it was better to back off of the proposed sales when they realized that revenues would be flat. I don't know but maybe AIM does. This Risk Management system has me begging to trade more dollars for shares again Monday, think I will listen to my purchasing department.

Hope you and the better half are making plans for Vegas. Think we now have enough signed up to fill two Double Wide's. I have see first hand how you can pluck the Casino's so your trip should be profitable.

Keith
