This quarter (Q4) is historically best quarter.

Fiscal 3rd quarter always a challenge.

Expecting 55-60% growth target for FY2002

Now the first quarter is always the challenge.

I was disappointed NTAP response to the ML question on how they can expect 20% annual growth but flat growth in the first quarter.

Management's forecasting ability is not good using 2001 as a result.
