more power to you, phil... but i've been to the netfarmers site before. i can't figure out why someone would care to proceed with their links, given language like this: "Clicking "I'm Ready" will bring you to a confirmation page showing you the address of the targeted machine. This may be your proxy server (if you use one), or your firewall (if you've got one). DON'T HIT "DIE" UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT THE TARGETED ADDRESS IS YOUR OWN! Prepare to die ..." whether they're being playful or not, i don't get a good vibe off of the site. maybe you can tell me otherwise. glad you're running okay. if you want to post a hardware list, i'll take a look at it <g3> btw, my intrusion detections are off too (knock on wood). :) mark
