Last month a court in Toronto ordered 12 internet service providers to turn over the names of subscribers who used aliases in attacking Phillip Services Corporation. In an editorial yesterday vis a vis the case, The Toronto Globe and Mail stated: "A real name adds conviction, credibility and moral authority to a denunciation." Where is yours? Today, I am instructing my attorneys to become familiar with this case and ruling, so that in the event it becomes necessary to pursue legal action we will have a ready response. I suspect that some of the critics of FRX will be exposed as manipulators, maybe even working for boiler-rooms or broker-dealers. Even the VSE has rules against manipulating stock prices I wonder if they are the same people here??
