I didn't say or suggest that. I was just offering what I thought was an excellent example of costs that can't be calculated. Just because we can't predict costs or because no one has yet done the calculation doesn't mean that there are no costs.

I think we can get a sense of orders of magnitude of things for which we don't have projected numbers.
