It is a technical process and many times companies do not meet their own deadlines due to them not being fully aware just how technical it can be.....

Very well said, imo. We have to remember that uplisting an unsolicited pinky is so rare, that not very many people have real experience of the process. Like it or not, much of it is probably "learn as you go".

I believe the crossing will be made, and that it will prove to be the most difficult uplisting we will ever have to encounter. Registering with the SEC is no joke.
