I'm sorry, I misunderstood. In my area only a couple of banks offer it. One of them was a bank where I had a small account. I made it my main personal account just so we could pay bills electronically.

I'm afraid I'm not much help. You might consider having an account with a large bank system that is not in your area. If you can get electronic deposits into it then you don't care where it is. You can "pay bills" to another account at another bank to transfer funds. Just a thought.
