Good charts from Barrons showing "Ample Liquidity" as well was why some feel the S&P500 is relatively cheap using the Fed Model (which I monitor and I get the same numbers the chart shows.) suite101.com Based on projected 2003 earnings, the P/E ratio of tech to non-tech stocks is at the high end of the range for the past five years, except for bubble period in late 1999 and 2000. Prior to the late-1990s tech boom, the tech sector never traded at more than a 50% premium to the rest of the market.
