I seriously doubt this hypothesis ... any new equipment would most likely
have been purchased for .25um processing and the .35um process would not
be using it. Also, any new piece of equipment would be thoroughly tested
and characterized before any production wafers would be committed ... otherwise,
the Fab manager should be fired !! I'm sure the Fab manager also knows
this !!
