My dancing level has remained about the same. I think I lost a lot of water the first two weeks and "plateaued" a little last week. With 60 lbs to lose, I have a long way to go.

I am quite comfortable eating what is basically a vegetarian diet. About a pound of turkey a week in my chili, otherwise it's "greens, beans, and oatmeal." Just have to have patience. Since I am happy with my diet change, I feel no pressure to eat more.
