Kirk, re tax ideas:Considering the incredibly explosive growth of the internet I think we should place a $10 per minute tax on internet usage. This should allow all other taxes to be reduced substantially. I think we will need to appoint an internet czar to resolve all issues as to what is considered "internet usage" To avoid conflict of interest the internet czar will not have to pay this tax during his 5 year term. Since it is I who has developed this plan I believe I should be appointed the first internet czar. In order to keep the internet czar free from corrupting influences the czar should have the power to triple the tax of anyone who dissents from his policies. If this does not solve all problems, the czar may order that anyone whom he deems is interfering with his duties may be caned by caners brought in from Singapore. Since it is impossible to accurately forecast the growth of the internet under this system this law must terminate after 5 years and never be renewed.
