My position is experimental with Naxos. There are not many official company rep's. on the Internet that I am aware of. The original idea was to be an adjunct to the telephone IR's so that this medium would be available to persons who did not want to call and to disseminate the Naxos story to a broader audience, since there is a finite limit to the number of calls that an IR person can take in a day - I believe the largest amount is 183 in one day (at least with Naxos).

This medium of communication is always subject to review. It can be challenging, fulfilling and frustrating on different occasions or all at once. I agree with Mr. Pearson that there is great inherent power within this communications mode.
