Geez, Russia is part of axis of evil, always was, always will
be. The problem is where is the center of evil, and I am no
longer sure it's in the axis. -g- It appears Iran acts in
any way possible to prevent another US invasion for OIL ( of a
sovereign country!) Russia just acts orthogonal to the US,
cause this boosts the popularity of the president with the
electorate.

Wars are always about demo of power. Did US get UN
permission to invade Iraq? Were there any nukes there? The
answer to both questions is NO.

Not sure if there was an agreement between SO/Abkhazia and
Russia to prevent them from another Georgian genocide. It's
possible there was.

Armenian genocide by Azerbaidzhan also happened in the past in
Erevan, FWIW, and these folks don't like each other either.
