I do not have an answer to your question. I have been wondering for 4 years (well before the crisis) what the source of jobs would be. I argued mightily that Commercial Real Estate would NOT be the answer. I was poo-pooed. We really do need falling wages and falling prices to be more competitive. Unfortunately the Fed is fighting that tooth and nail. Mish
