Alan,

Now we're getting somewhere.......What if......

The buyer of the two million shares was Tri-Star?....The transaction states that Tri-Star would have controling interest in Java.....meaning that they would need to have more than 20 million shares after doubling of authorized shares outstanding...but pre reverse split. Since Herb has saved a chunk of the new shares for stock options....this would mean that Tri-Star would need the additional shares to get them over the top. I find it very difficult to believe that Herb does not know who is selling or buying 2 million of his company's stock. It is also very hard to believe that he is out of town or unable to speak to anyone on this, a major event period for his company.

I'm not sure how deep you have gone into this Alan....but we must keep in mind that Herb seems to be of the age when most folks retire..( 67 ).....and selling off the shell may be a step in this direction.
