Tony, it is my understanding there are three major underwriters who are competing for the right to IPO GoProfit.com. As to when the public offering will occur...according to their 8-K dated 4/20/99 which states... "Diamond agrees on a best efforts basis, to assist GP in raising $400,000 working capital and in immediately filing an SB-2 registration document for fund raising, full reporting status and spin-off purposes to be completed and in registration no later than 120 days from the execution date of this agreement." ...it looks like the public issuance of GoProfit stock should be sometime around the end of July.
