Yes, handguns do serve another purpose... They are designed to disable. The fact that they are killed is due to aim and skill. By the way, you mentioned the gang shootings. A lot of the people killed in gang shootings are from people with assault weapons and those who are killed by accident because of poor aim. Just my opinion. Jon :)
