Proforma is given to allow "fair" comparison of operations with respect to discontinued operations. Like I said, ignore proforma... its water under the bridge. Just focus on results of sequential quarters... cash flow, and adjusted EBITDA, and junk the gaap statements for a company like GX at this stage of evolution.
