Why did Waterton publicly announce a .58c offer and after due diligence (gained new knowledge) withdraw the offer? Why did two executives resign? Why did one of those executives accept shares rather than cash in his severance? Good decision with regards to listing on Nasdaq. Why didn't TLR do that rather than the reverse split?? Has anyone ever gone to the annual meeting? I would rather sell my stake for shares in a suitor not cash at this point.
