Well, its true, the rules sometimes get taken advantage of BUT it sure cuts out those GANGSTER ATTORNEYS that would sue you at the drop of a hat if they thought there was enough money in it for them. I made myself JUDGEMENT PROOF (there are some TRICKS you can use to do that if you live in the correct state) now I LAUGH at attorneys. jdn
