Fox News is an arm of the rightwing corporate machine. The lower Bush has gone in the polls the more harshly partisan Fox News has become. Instead of apologizing for its mistakes and wrong-headed bias, and hiring more moderates and progressives it has gone even further to the right. And its chief producer Roger Aisles exposed himself as a rightwing hit man the other day comparing Obama to Osama. Can you imagine this happening at any other network in history? Indeed Fox News is the first and only 100% biased partisan network in US history, and that stinks. That's the kind of thing that usually only exists in totalitarian states.
